Machining Sales Specialist. Chroming business unit (cbhymac.com) from a sales capacity in the PA area to promote and sell hydraulic Parts Products, Services, and Hydraulic

Machining Solutions as directed and managed by the Product Support Sales Manager. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned./ph3Primary Responsibilities:/h3pThe HMSS will proactively manage an account base in the 9 counties of his/her assigned territory./ppApply good time and territory management practices while implementing a coverage plan./ppPick up and deliver Hydraulic components along with machining components./ppMust have a valid Drivers License

Clean Driving Record CDL preferred but not necessary./ppFollow up on sales leads and work closely with both Product Support Sales Reps (PSSR) and Service departments./ppProspect for new customers and new hydraulic

machining revenue sources/ppBuild collaborative relationships and ensure business integrity is maintained/ppPass on parts/service/sales leads to all sales reps. within a specified territory/ppEmploy a consultative selling approach to identify and manage customer expectations/ppKeep customers informed of component rebuilds and service work status/ppCounsel customers regarding equipment management as it relates to their machine hydraulic solutions to affect lowest owning and operating costs./ppNegotiate win-win outcomes to customer issues/ppUse Dealer Business System information (DBS or ERP) for pricing, work order process tracking within a territory/ppProvide input/information into planning and budgeting process/ppSupport new product introduction (NPI)/ppCreate and present quotes using the repair facilitys input/ppReport all activity

update customer information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system./ph3Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications:/h3pTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
