They love our customer-centric mindset, as well as our pace of innovation in the market./li/ulpstrongThe Impact Youll Own/strong/ppAs Enterprise Account Executive, you will spearhead revenue growth by developing and executing innovative sales strategies tailored to clients in the US financial services and real estate sectors (Risk specific). From initial outreach to onboarding, youll nurture clients through the sales cycle, leveraging your industry expertise to tailor solutions to their needs./ppYou will deepen your financial and real estate industry knowledge, build and maintain key client relationships, and represent Climate X at industry events. You will deliver demos of our climate risk platform to potential clients, explaining its value proposition and unique features./ppCollaborating closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product, and scientific experts, youll deliver compelling presentations and negotiate agreements that align with our companys objectives./ppstrongEssential Skills/strong/pulliA proven track record in enterprise sales, driving revenue, and demonstrating success managing end-to-end, B2B sales cycles./liliA track record achieving quota against enterprise sales targets (ARR) with complex lifecycles./liliExperience in large enterprise sales of a complex product with Financial Services clients./liliOutstanding relationship management skills, customer obsession and a consultative approach to sales./liliStrong analytical skills and the ability to understand complex data and climate models, as well as translate to different audiences, seniority levels and sectors./liliTraining and expert in MEDDPICC Sales and/or Challenger methodology./li/ulpstrongDesirable Skills/strong/pulliAn understanding of physical risk, stress testing, and other key functions of the Risk function within banking or real estate./liliPassionate about climate change and its impact on the global economy./liliExperience working in a fast-paced SaaS or technology start-up./liliExperience with HubSpot (or equivalent CRM tool)/liliKnowledge of climate modelling and analytics./liliFluent in English, additional languages will give you a bonus/li/ulpstrongSalary/strong : $150,000 per annum + 12-18% uncapped commission + equity/ppstrongBenefits/strong/pulliContribute to a business making purposeful impact related to climate change/liliPension and 401K plan/liliEquity/liliHealth Insurance/liliDental Insurance/liliVision Insurance/liliLife
