Support dealership performance through coaching, analysis, and relationship-building. Collaborate with internal teams to diagnose gaps and implement solutions. Assist with customer service issues and program support. Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and other systems. Deliver presentations and training to dealership staff. Travel extensively to provide on-site support and build strong dealer relationships. What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree preferred. 12 years of experience showcasing organizational and project management skills, customer-facing sales experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Willingness to travel (>80%) and learn on the go. Why This Role Is a Great Fit

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location. The total compensation package may also include commission, bonus or profit sharing.
