The Role: Strategic Account Executive
Capsule is building the world's most intuitive AI-powered video editing toolbuilt for work. We're led by two serial founders who have created and scaled creative platforms for hundreds of millions of people, and we're backed by top-tier investors behind companies like Webflow, Figma, Slack, and Replit. We've grown rapidly, and in just a few months since leaving public beta, Capsule is already used by 100+ enterprise teams including HubSpot, ServiceNow, and Instacart to create high-quality, on-brand video content at scale. We're looking for a Strategic Account Executive to expand and deepen relationships with Capsule's highest-value customers. You'll focus on identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts, working cross-functionally with Sales, Success, and Leadership to close expansion deals and strengthen long-term partnerships. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role where you'll shape how our largest customers experience Capsule. What You'll Do Own and grow key strategic accounts, identifying expansion opportunities and strengthening customer relationships Lead demos and business reviews to surface value, renewals, and upsells Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to tailor messaging and improve lead quality Consistently exceed sales targets through creative, customer-centric solutions Provide feedback from the field to inform product direction and go-to-market strategy You Might Be a Fit If You Have: 5+ years of SaaS sales experience, with a focus on strategic account expansion A track record of exceeding quota and driving growth within enterprise accounts Excellent communication and relationship-building skills A proactive, ownership-driven mindsetyou see opportunities and take initiative Bonus: experience selling to marketing, creative, or GTM teams Compensation + Benefits Base salary range: $99,400
