Pylon is a startup backed by a16z, General Catalyst, and Y Combinator, building the next-generation customer support platform. We replace products like Salesforce Service Cloud and Zendesk. We've onboarded three AEs in the past six months, and they've been crushing it. Our pipeline can now support more AEs. Majority of our pipeline is coming inbound. You will start by selling mostly high volume deals to early-stage B2B companies (less than 500 employees) in tech, though the number of industries and company-sizes that we can sell to is growing quickly as our product matures and expands to eat away at the broader support system market. Prospect comes inbound and books a demo First sales call Open up a shared Slack channel at the end of the call if they are qualified Help the prospect onboard and run a 1-2 week trial Negotiate and close Requirements
