You will ensure and increase Company presence in the swimming pool industry within the assigned sales region by building strong and lasting customer relationships. You will be familiar with a variety of the industrys concepts, practices and procedures and rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals./ph3Job Location/h3pThis is a remote position, this person must reside in Florida./ph3Job Responsibilities/h3ulliDrive sales coverage and penetration expansion through proven selling strategies/skills/liliExecute sales initiatives that support the business strategy; expectations are to meet sales objectives (including total sales revenue, price targets, and market share growth objectives)/liliBuild strong relationships with the applicators within region/liliLiaison between applicators and pool builders/liliKeep detailed and current contact notes in database to include; contact dates, correspondence, opportunities, and concerns/liliMaintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, participating in professional societies, as approved by management/liliPerform professional presentations and/or demonstrations of company products and services while on-site/liliActively manage call schedule to adequately cover assigned territory in a time-efficient manner/liliPenetrate all targeted accounts and radiate sales from within client base/liliGenerate and develop new customer accounts to increase revenue by cold calling, if necessary/liliBuild and maintain ongoing awareness of new products and services, competitor activities, and other research/liliOther duties as assigned/li/ulh3Job Requirements/h3ulli5+ years of professional experience in Sales, Marketing, or Project Management within the construction industry and/or pool industry/liliDemonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals while maintaining established sales quotas/liliDemonstrated ability to use relevant software programs, (e.g., MS Office, Salesforce, Miva)/liliProven expertise in demonstrating formal presentation skills (e.g., experience leading training sessions, conducting product demonstrations, etc.)/liliProven experience in price negotiation/costing as well as competitive analysis/liliStrong knowledge of retail and/or wholesale sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques/liliSelf-motivated with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm/liliStrong organizational skills
