divh2Interventional Spine Sales Representative/h2pAs an Interventional Spine Sales Representative, you work as part of a sales team learning and honing your sales skills. You support the marketing and sales of Stryker products by covering cases and performing evaluations in both surgical and office environments. You monitor territory development and maintain clear communication with the sales team. Our hard-working and mission-driven Sales Representative will be a part of delivering outstanding customer service by surpassing sales targets and performance benchmarks./ppWhat you will do:/pulliBuild and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and key accounts to drive sales and account growth./liliCommunicate effectively and build relationships with stakeholders and customers./liliRespond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve challenges./liliManage and prioritize sales activities to maximize market potential./liliConduct product evaluations in Operating Room and office settings./liliProvide comprehensive Stryker product knowledge and training to customers./liliManage and maintain sample inventory of products meticulously./liliParticipate in and represent Stryker at industry events and conferences./liliPromote and sell Stryker products./liliTrack territory progress and communicate effectively with your Regional Sales Manager./liliPersuasively demonstrate the value of our products./liliSolve product problems onsite and educate medical staff./liliExceed sales goals and performance metrics./li/ulpWhat you need:/pulliRequired: 5+ years in an outside sales position or bachelors degree from an Accredited University./liliBasic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office suite programs including Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint./liliKnowledge and experience with sales techniques, marketing strategies, product demonstrations and sales control systems./liliValid drivers license./liliPreferred: 2+ years in Medical Device or B2B sales./li/ulpCommission only: This role is 100% commission and is eligible for bonuses + benefits./ppHealth benefits include: Medical and prescription drug insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, critical illness insurance, accident insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, personalized healthcare support, wellbeing program and tobacco cessation program.
