As the face of our brand, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a great experience with every interaction. Responsibilities include: Answer phone calls and take customer orders efficiently and accurately Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and customer specifications Process cash and card transactions, ensuring accuracy in all financial dealings Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods Assist with various cleaning tasks to uphold store cleanliness Handle and lift items weighing up to 25 lbs. as needed Qualifications include: Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor Strong communication abilities, both verbal and listening Basic math skills for handling cash transactions Ability to follow directions and adhere to company procedures Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
