This is a remote position. We're looking for a Sales Trainee to join our team in Argentina. What matters to us is your curiosity, your drive to learn, and your ability to work in an organized and reliable way. If you're proactive, methodical, and enjoy building relationships, this is a great opportunity to start your career in sales. Responsibilities

Assist in following up on potential leads. Contact and qualify potential customers. Keep HubSpot up to date. Set appointments and follow up on leads. Track progress toward meeting sales goals. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets. Bring us news about our clients (by following their social media). Contribute ideas to improve sales processes and team efficiency. Requirements

Eagerness to learn and grow in sales, or business development. Comfortable using digital tools (Google Workspace, CRM, Excel/Sheets). Advanced English level (spoken and written). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility and adaptability to change. A desire to learn and grow in the sales field. Benefits
