Playfly Sports is looking for a Consultant, Sales and Service to join our team with Cirque Du Soleil. The associate role should be passionate about and committed to preserving a culture that encourages, supports, and celebrates the diverse voices of our employees. This role would be a fit for those with a desire to start and grow a career in the sports ticket sales industry or collegiate athletics. Sales Consultant's revenue will be generated primarily from outbound phone calls. These calls will be supplemented with email marketing, face-to-face presentations and in-arena/stadium tours, if applicable. Day-to-day leadership and mentoring of this position will be provided by Playfly Aspire Leadership. Sales Consultants will receive the tools, programs, and systems necessary to "BE GREAT." Meet or exceed sales goals while exceeding client expectations and providing superior customer service Increase sales portfolio and new attract business leads Sell sports/entertainment tickets to clients on behalf of Client Partners & Playfly Aspire Maintain computerized records of all prospects and customers within the ticketing database Provide superior customer service to all existing and potential clientele Accountable for certain levels of outbound sales activity (executed/scheduled) and daily goals as directed by manager Other job-related duties as assigned Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required Ticket sales experience is preferred, but not required Previous customer service or retail sales experience a plus; display a genuine desire to help people Computer proficient (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) and detail oriented Excellent communication, presentation and listening skills Ability to work well with others and comfortable taking initiative Ability to encourage collaboration, flexibility, equity and inclusion that enables colleagues to contribute to their full potential, feel valued, and supported Willing to relocate Availability to work outside typical office hours including nights and weekends as requested The work is sedentary in nature Walking, standing, bending and carrying of light office items may be required The work is typically performed in an adequately lighted and climate-controlled office environment May require occasional travel, less than 5% Playfly Sports is the full-service, leading sports marketing and media company that enables brands to engage with sports fans on a local, regional, and national level through scaled linear, digital, and experiential assets.
