Associate Sales Manager

The Associate Sales Manager (ASM) is part of the Global Growth Accounts sales team and is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and selling the value of TripleLift to mid-market media agencies and SMB accounts. This role is responsible for supporting new and current TripleLift accounts within a specific territory of states, creating an actionable plan of execution for account prioritization, actively prospecting new business to sell all forms of TripleLift programmatic advertising products: native, online video, display and CTV. In addition, the ASM will be focused on developing and growing relationships with media buyers and planners who are the key decision makers within their defined book of business. The best candidate is personable, has a competitive hunter mentality, is comfortable presenting over Zoom or in-person; all the while evangelizing, educating and influencing media buying teams at agencies and client direct. Responsibilities: Build effective relationships with key advertisers, media agencies, SMB accounts and programmatic trading teams. Develop leads and build a robust pipeline Meet quarterly and annual revenue goals according to sales plan Assess potential business deals through RFP response and attain client commitment Maintain proper adherence to company standards for data entry/utilization Effectively forecast monthly and quarterly sales pipeline through Salesforce Collaborate with internal team members from partner management and leadership to ensure campaign success Desired Skills and Attributes: Baseline understanding of digital advertising, DSP's, programmatic, and general sales process Proven track record of achieving goals and deadlines within a digital sales planning role or SDR role while carrying a specific revenue quota Motivated team player who consistently strives to exceed goals and push revenue expectations Strives for continued learning opportunities to build upon craft Strong communications and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work individually and collaboratively Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced start-up environment Ability to accept feedback and constructive critique positively Extremely strong and demonstrable work ethic Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree Experience Requirement: 1-2 years in digital, media or ad tech sales OTE Compensation Range: $120,000 - $140,000 USD
