We enable your best to power our future./ph3Job Description/h3pAs a Senior Panel Recruitment Coordinator I, youll be the face of our company, recruiting households to participate in Nielsen ratings. This role requires travel up to 50% of the time. Youll use your unique combination of skills, knowledge, and style to consistently achieve in-person recruitment, resolution, and installation targets across various locations. Candidates must reside in the Knoxville, TN area to be considered for this position./ph3Qualifications/h3pKey Responsibilities:/pulliDrive to selected homes using a company-provided vehicle, with frequent travel (up to 50%)/liliConduct in-person interviews and recruit statistically selected households/liliCollect and enter household demographics and technical data/liliCollaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with procedures/liliMeet performance goals, quality standards, and customer satisfaction targets/liliBe prepared for overnight stays up to half of your working time/li/ulpWhat are the qualifications?/pulliHigh School Diploma/GED OR 2+ years equivalent work experience/liliValid drivers license and satisfactory driving record/liliStrong computer skills (iOS, MS Windows, Google applications)/liliExcellent communication and persuasion skills/liliAbility to read and write English/liliAbility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends/liliWillingness and ability to travel overnight up to 50% of the time/liliAdaptability and openness to diverse environments:/liliDue to the nature of randomly selected panel homes, you must be willing and able to interact with diverse people, neighborhoods, and conditions of homes for several hours at a time./liliBe prepared to encounter varying situations, which may include a variety of pets, as well as different levels of cleanliness or disarray that meet Nielsens health and safety standards./liliComfort with working in various home environments while maintaining professionalism/liliStrong interpersonal skills to navigate diverse social situations effectively/li/ulpPhysical Requirements:/pulliMust be willing and able (with or without reasonable accommodation) to be outside, in all weather conditions recruiting preselected residential addresses./liliBe able to navigate stairs, elevators, walkways, and driveways (paved and unpaved) and a wide variety of entrances into peoples homes/liliDriving for up to 8 hours a day/liliStanding for up to 6 hours a day/liliKneeling for up to 2 hours a day/liliAbility to walk 1/2 mile/liliAbility to lift 20 lbs./li/ulh3Additional Information/h3pEnabling your best to power a better media future.
