As a Sales Lead at Flight Club, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience and driving store performance. Your strong knowledge of sneaker and streetwear fashion, combined with your leadership skills, will elevate our team's effectiveness and engagement. In this role, you will: Provide personalized service to customers, actively engaging with them to understand their needs and offering tailored recommendations Lead problem-solving initiatives; address complex customer inquiries and challenges, using critical thinking to develop innovative solutions and ensure satisfaction Stay ahead of industry trends and deepen your expertise in sneaker fashion and product knowledge, sharing insights with customers and team members Uphold and model company policies and guidelines, demonstrating professionalism and commitment to the Flight Club brand in every interaction Encourage a strong team dynamic by sharing best practices and supporting colleagues to provide outstanding service Engage customers authentically, build lasting relationships through genuine interactions and enhance customer loyalty Support operational excellence; helping out at the cash register as necessary, ensuring full coverage amongst staff on the sales floor to ensure smooth store operations Provide guidance and training to enhance the skills and performance of Sales Associates Be flexible in supporting various tasks that contribute to the store's success and the Flight Club brand We are looking for: 2+ years of experience in a sales associate role with a proven track record of mentoring and coaching peers Passion and knowledge of sneakers and fashion Strong communication skills; ability to communicate with necessary departments for seamless operations A motivated team player with a collaborative mindset and a proactive attitude Ability to embody and promote the core values of Flight Club Ability to stand and walk up stairs for long periods Available to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays, during peak periods to meet business demands The hiring range for this position is below, plus benefits (401K, paid time off, dental, medical, vision, disability, life insurance options). To determine starting pay within the hiring range, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location, role/level, a candidate's skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity.
