Automotive Sales Representative

Job Summary: We are looking for a high-performing Automotive Sales Representative to join our successful team. If you have a proven track record of sales experience and fantastic communication skills, we want to hear from you. As an Automotive Sales Representative, you will grow our customer base by identifying potential customers, keeping in touch with existing customers, and making sure that everyone has a positive service experience. You will greet guests and build rapport, answer questions about vehicles, and also sell our engine line. Mentorship programs, ongoing education, and even competitive bonuses are available to our sales representatives. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong interpersonal skills and sales experience. Responsibilities
Possibly greet customers as they arrive, and help identify concerns Create a professional environment that builds rapport and puts customers at ease Use CRM software to maintain a customer database you will use to drive sales Work closely with mechanics to help sale needed services Use strong negotiation skills to complete the sales process while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction Qualifications
Valid state-issued driver's license and clean driving record are required Prior sales experience in a dealership, independent or showroom setting is preferred Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to manage time and serve customers with little supervision About Dave's Auto Center

We have a full compliment of state-of-the-art equipment from frame racks to high-tech CNC tooling machines that enable us to fix your vehicle to better than new condition. Dave's Auto Center is the best equipped and most highly trained auto shop in Utah. Dave is an ASE master mechanic with over 35 years experience fixing cars and helping people. He holds a master machinist certificate and is a long standing member of ASA and AAA. Growing up in Florida gave Dave a love of the ocean that has never waned. He loves to tournament fish and has done it all his life. The palm trees in front of the shop are his way of bringing a little bit of Florida to Utah. We're more than just a workplace.
