Participate in all sales meetings, dental conventions, team building events and sales training as required/liliIdentify business needs of clients and leverage Benco-s offering to assist them with a customer-first mantra/liliDevelop an in-depth understanding of our dental products and services in order to provide accurate and detailed information to customers/liliStay updated on dental industry trends, market dynamics, and product and service offerings/liliCommunicate effectively with regional teammates (equipment sales, service, and inside support) to achieve customer goals and solve customer or internal issues/liliUtilize technology and data tools for effective sales calls, opportunities, activity, presentations, publications, and efficient scheduling/follow-up/liliParticipate in all sales meetings, dental conventions, team building events and sales training as required/liliIdentify business needs of clients, and leverage Benco-s offering to assist them with a customer-first mantra/liliEngage in continuous education and learning to become well versed on Benco-s product offering and up to date on the dental industry/li/ulpDo YOU Meet These Requirements?/pulliMinimum of 2 years of successful sales experience./liliPossess a dependable vehicle, valid driver-s license, and an acceptable driving record./liliAbility to travel in assigned territory daily, as required for customers, vendors and Benco teammates, business and group meetings, and Customer Experience Trips as well as limited overnight travel/li/ulpEntry level Territory Sales Reps can expect a minimum annualized compensation plan of $50k/year + monthly allowance.
