Ideal candidates will possess the drive to work hard, sell RVs, have fun and make money! We believe that it is important to invest in your success. When you join us as a first time RV Salesperson, you will receive up to 4 weeks of training pay based on residency and state laws. This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions (no soft packs on commissions). Successful team members can earn $150,000+ annually based on performance. Year-end sales volume bonuses available to those who qualify./ppWhat Youll Do:/pulliTake the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs/liliConduct effective demonstration rides and walk through presentations/liliClose sales effectively by working closely with FI team/liliFollow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer/li/ulpWhat Youll Need to Have for the Role:/pulliHigh school diploma or equivalent is required/lili2+ years experience in sales ideally RV, automotive, television, furniture, or real estate preferred/liliMust be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license/liliBasic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information/liliValid drivers license required/liliMay lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices/liliPeriods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending/li/ulpGeneral Compensation Disclosure This position is a 100% commission-based role. No Soft Pack; Minimum Commissions/Flats apply The variable compensation estimated annual range is $50,000 - $150,000. In California, Massachusetts, and Maine you will receive a base hourly rate equal to the applicable hourly minimum wage in addition to variable compensation earned. In all other states, you will receive minimum compensation equal to an hourly rate not less than $12.25, or the applicable state hourly minimum wage, if higher, which offsets variable compensation earned.
