Counter Sales Representative

Ferguson is seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Counter Sales Representative. Schedule: M-F, alternating 8-hr. shifts. One week, the schedule will be 6:30am - 3pm and the following week it will be 8:30am - 5pm, plus one Saturday per month from 8am - 12pm. This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs Qualifications include: 3-5 years customer service and/or sales experience preferred Basic knowledge of plumbing and/or HVAC products is preferred Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred General digital literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise General math skills to allow for cash accounting An ability to learn is a must have! Excellent decision making and communication skills *Pre-employment drug and background screening required* Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements. The pay range is $15.00 - $21.68. Estimated ranges displayed are monthly for salaried roles or hourly for all other roles. This role is bonus or incentive plan eligible.
