Wound Care & Negative Pressure Therapy Sales
Rotech Healthcare Inc. is seeking driven and experienced Account Executives with a background in wound care or negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT) to join our high-performing sales team. As a national leader in home medical equipment and therapies, were expanding our footprintand we need passionate professionals to help us grow our $600 million business. In this role, youll build strong relationships with physicians, wound clinics, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and home health agencies to deliver life-changing solutions that support healing and recovery in the home setting. In the State of NJ this position pays Entry Level Sales candidates with little to no experience $55k/yr. base + uncapped commission and Experienced Sales candidates with existing contact and referrals in the market up to $65k/yr. base + uncapped commission depending on related experience and location. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless patient onboarding and satisfaction. Conduct face-to-face sales calls with healthcare providers and referral sources. Educate clients on product benefits, patient outcomes, and service capabilities. Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas through strategic territory management. Promote Rotechs wound care and NPWT solutions, along with respiratory equipment and services.
