Senior Account Executive

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Establish, maintain and grow a sales pipeline of prospects. Turn prospects into clients. Meet or exceed annual sales quota. Responsible for the retention and growth of clients for Aureon Consulting Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by establishing and maintaining a solid and trusting professional business relationships with current and prospective clients Maintain excellent working knowledge of technology and industry products and services Maintain or acquire financial services knowledge to apply towards new or existing financial services clients Identify and resolve key client issues, challenges and complaints Create and maintain client account plans. Update quarterly. Develop and present sales presentations and quotes to clients. Responsible to present, negotiate, finalize and keep current all sales contracts Represent Aureon Consulting at industry events and trade shows Stay current on industry trends and reports to promote growth and profitability of the organization Provide weekly and monthly reporting to President and VP
Sales on pipeline, first business meetings, proposals, and deal closings Submit commission accounts information timely for processing Other duties as assigned Education, Training, and Experience: Required: High School or College degree or equivalent Minimum 5 years sales and account management experience in technical consulting or related field Or combination of equivalent education and experience Solid knowledge of IT and/or financial services industry positions, skillsets, and requirements Required Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, employees, superiors and business contacts in a professional, timely and courteous manner. Strategic thinking and the ability to accurately estimate the stage and close dates for business/sales opportunities. Strong sales presentation skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to perform a variety of tasks, often changing assignments on short notice Must be able to work independently with little or no direct supervision and contribute to a team environment. Ability to make sound decisions using the information at hand Tools, Equipment, and Software: Demonstrated knowledge of personal computer applications Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Outlook. Must have and maintain valid Driver's license. Working Conditions and Physical Requirements: Primarily indoor work primarily in office environment Frequent utilization of manual dexterity and visualizing of computer screen No unusual physical requirements Frequent travel within driving distance daily Behaviors
