Youll coach, mentor, and guide sellers through workshops, peer learning, and real-world application, ensuring theyre equipped to succeed in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment./ph3What Youll Do:/h3ulliDeliver engaging training across multiple formats: in-person, virtual instructor-led, and collaborative workshops/liliFacilitate onboarding and milestone-based learning programs tailored to early-career Inside Sales professionals/liliPartner with regional sales leaders and subject matter experts to localize delivery while maintaining global consistency/liliServe as a trusted coach and mentoranswering questions, tracking progress, and supporting real-world skill development/liliCollaborate with instructional designers to refine sales scenarios, training workflows, and assessments for the Inside Sales representatives/liliChampion feedback loopsgathering insights from learners and stakeholders to continuously improve content and delivery/li/ulh3What You Bring:/h3ulli35+ years of experience delivering technical sales training, ideally within Inside Sales, technical sales, or field enablement/liliProven ability to engage and support early-career sellers, with a focus on coaching and confidence-building/liliStrong facilitation presencecomfortable leading both live and virtual sessions with clarity and energy/liliExperience delivering across modalities: instructor-led, virtual, mentoring, and asynchronous support/liliFamiliarity with hybrid cloud and cloud-native technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, multicloud platforms, DevOps workflows)/liliBonus: Experience working directly with Inside Sales or customer-facing technical sales teams/li/ulpWork Arrangement: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum of 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence.
