divh2Wayne Tower Leasing Assistant/h2pLocation: Wayne Tower located in Wayne, Michigan./ppPart time 24 hours a week/ph3Qualifications/h3ulliHigh school diploma or equivalent required./liliOne or more years of office, customer service, or sales/marketing experience; leasing experience preferred./liliStrong written, verbal, and electronic communication skills./liliProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Windows, internet, and property management software./liliKnowledge of affordable housing programs (LIHTC, HUD/Section 8) preferred./liliAbility to work independently and as part of a team./li/ulh3Essential Functions/h3ulliPerform leasing and marketing activities to meet occupancy goals./liliComplete guest cards, applications, and reports; enter data in Yardi or other systems./liliGreet prospects, conduct tours, present apartment features/benefits, process applications, and close leases./liliMaintain positive resident relationships to support retention./liliEnsure compliance with Fair Housing, Tenant Selection Plan, Lease Agreement, and company policies./liliAssist with marketing efforts and community outreach./liliProvide professional communication with residents, co-workers, vendors, and community partners./liliAchieve company standards for occupancy, closing ratios, Yardi scores, and resident satisfaction./liliComplete assigned training and other duties as needed./li/ulh3What We Offer/h3ulliCompetitive pay/liliMedical, Dental, Vision, Life
