We're looking for an ambitious and motivated sales professional to build and manage a network of loyal referral partners. Your mission is to establish trust with professionals who can send restoration jobs our way, making us their go-to partner. You have worked in restoration sales and have established connections with key referral partners (plumbers, public adjusters, property managers, etc.). You can bring customers or leads from a previous role. Plumbing Supply Sales:
You have experience in plumbing supply or distribution sales and possess strong, existing relationships with plumbers who can become referral partners. Former Insurance/Independent Adjusters:
You have strong connections within the public adjuster community and can leverage those relationships to generate restoration referrals. Property Management Sales:
You have a background in selling services or products to property managers or large multi-unit building owners, with established access to key decision-makers. Universal Requirements:
Proven B2B sales ability, including prospecting, building relationships, and closing deals. Motivated, self-driven, and relentless in pursuing new relationships. Resilient, outgoing, and motivated to succeed in a highly competitive market. Comfortable and confident communicating with professionals like plumbers, public adjusters, and property managers. Able to sell based on value, not just on price. Ready to put in the work now for a significant long-term payoff.
