Key Responsibilities: Conduct high-volume cold calls to engage B2B prospects Qualify leads based on need, budget, and buying readiness Book appointments with key decision-makers for the sales team Maintain accurate records in CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Managers on targeting and messaging Provide feedback to improve cold calling scripts and outreach strategy Consistently meet or exceed KPIs for calls, qualified leads, and meetings booked
