Account Manager Opportunity

Allied Wire & Cable, a GCG Company, is currently seeking driven, goal-oriented Account Managers to join our Customer Success team! As an Account Manager, you'll drive revenue growth and customer retention by providing top-tier, responsive service to new and existing accounts in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment. You'll ensure customer success by promptly addressing order requests and customer questions, providing detailed quotes, and contributing to a superior quote-to-cash process. You'll deliver on account plans as provided by sales leadership by identifying and pursuing cross, up, and repeat sales opportunities to capture additional business from current customers and prospects. Deliver revenue and margin targets at named accounts Continuously develop relationships with customer stakeholders, understand primary business objectives, and recommend value deliverables Communicate with Customer Success Manager and Territory Sales Managers as it relates to pursuing new agreements and increasing customer wallet-share Maintain and manage a pipeline of opportunities, pursuing revenue growth opportunities with a sense of urgency and a strong customer service orientation Generate formal quotes, follow-ups, and actively document results in CRM Communicate customer activity, opportunity status, and plan progress to inside sales manager Engage internal stakeholders to support and create customer solutions Experience in sales process and take the lead in sales engagements All other duties as assigned What You'll Bring

High School Degree or Equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred 2+ years proven business to business sales experience History of success maintaining and developing customer relationships Proficiency with CRM software; Salesforce desired Self-starter and able to work efficiently under pressure Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in written form Ability to communicate with a diverse population of people Ability to work in team environment Ability to think critically and analyze issues based on data Collaborates effectively to get things done, building and nurturing strong relationships Willing and able to embrace and adapt to change Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment Attention to detail Works independently with minimal supervision What We Offer
