By using their industry expertise and a variety of ChemPoint resources, the Account Executive gathers valuable market intelligence and plays a pivotal role on a collaborative selling team./ppWhat Youll Do:/pulliManage a territory of accounts consisting of ChemPoints most strategic customer segments. These accounts include those customers of high volume, high revenue, and multiple products./liliForecast customer demand, implement strategies to address competitive situations, and implement ChemPoint marketing plans to increase sales of key products./liliWork closely with Industry Representatives on secured accounts of existing customers./liliUncover and evaluate customer needs and use financial analysis to develop and support solutions that match ChemPoints product/service offerings./liliConduct targeted prospecting using a variety of resources./li/ulpWhat Youll Need:/pulli4 year degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, marketing, business, or other related discipline./lili3 or more years of strategic account management experience (chemical sales experience is a plus)./liliFormal sales training or equivalent experience in consultative sales./liliProficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills required. CRM and/or other database experience is highly desired./liliExcellent communication skills, including the ability to engage with a wide variety of personality types at various professional skill levels./liliProactive, positive team player who is adaptable, flexible, and willing to tackle new challenges and risks continually./liliGoal-oriented with entrepreneurial spirit, strong leadership skills, and decision-making abilities./li/ulpWhere Youll Work/ppThis is a hybrid role in Bellevue, WA; Downers Grove, IL./ppPay and Benefits:/pulliThe salary range for this position is $77,420
