Account Development Executive
Join a dynamic team working with a brand-new delivery program in your area. As an Account Development Specialist, you will be responsible for recruiting local businesses to join the delivery partner program. You will collaborate with a Field Manager and local contractors to visit prospective businesses, pitch program opportunities, qualify businesses, guide them through the application process, drive referrals, and coordinate recruitment events. Responsibilities Visit prospective businesses door to door in targeted towns (up to a two-hour driving distance). Present and pitch the new program opportunity to prospective businesses to generate interest. Qualify businesses and guide them through the application process while managing leads in Salesforce. Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting recruitment events in the community, such as lunch and learns and town hall meetings. Collaborate with local influencers such as chambers of commerce and economic development associations. Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis. Essential Skills 1-2+ years in an outbound sales role, specifically door-to-door sales. Experience with a CRM system, with Salesforce preferred. Sales, account management, and recruiting expertise. Additional Skills & Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or customer service. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Field sales experience is a plus. Experience in sales and/or negotiation roles with customers. Professionalism, enthusiasm, and a high sense of urgency. Attention to detail and problem-solving ability for field applicants. Tech-savvy with experience in working with multiple systems and technology. Ability to travel up to four hours round trip daily. Work Environment The role involves being in the field four days a week and one day working from home. Candidates must live in or near Missoula, MT; Kalispell, MT; or Billings, MT. The position offers uncapped commission opportunities, mileage reimbursement at $0.70 per mile, and a $50 monthly phone expense allowance. There is potential for an extension of up to two years while building partnerships in your local community. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Billings, MT.
