Join our team as a Customer Service Representative at our Ellisville, United States location! We're looking for a friendly and efficient individual to provide exceptional service to our valued customers. Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately over the phone and in person Prepare and serve high-quality pizzas and other menu items Process cash and credit card transactions with precision Maintain a clean and organized work environment Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods Assist with various cleaning tasks to uphold our high standards of cleanliness Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude Contribute to a positive work atmosphere by demonstrating flexibility and willingness to help where needed Qualifications
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures Physical capability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems Proven multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment Keen attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist colleagues as needed Ability to remain calm and empathetic when addressing customer concerns High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required Additional Information
