Team members aggressively promote and sell the entire SPEC product line./ppPosition Responsibilities:/pulliProspecting for new accounts through cold calling, provide leads and networking./liliMeet and exceed pre-determined sales goals./liliMaintain existing customer base with excellent customer service./liliUnderstand and advise customers on products and services that SPEC Building Materials offers./liliMaintain good relationships with our valued vendors./liliMaintain a successful track record selling building materials to contractors. Demonstrate and practice excellent customer service skills./li/ulpRequired Skills:/pulliExcellent verbal and written communication skills./liliPossess strong math skills./liliPossess strong computer skills./liliThe ability to manage ones time effectively with little supervision./liliPossess strong presentation, negotiation and closing skills./liliMaintain a current and valid state issued drivers license./li/ulpRequired Experience:/pulliTwo years of Industry (or) industry-related experience in Home Building or Remodeling is a plus./liliAt least two years of outside sales (preferably in the building material distribution industry)./li/ul/div
