Your tasks and responsibilities: Therapy Development: The main goal of the Therapy & Business Development Manager is to establish Impella and Heart Recovery at Protected VT Ablation as a new therapy standard in the assigned region. This is achieved through the establishment of our brand and by training doctors and hospital staff on the appropriate use of Impella to achieve excellent clinical outcomes. Account Management/Account Training: Enabling and promoting our patient growth and clinical performance in key centers in the assigned region for the Protected VT Ablation indication. Coordinating our strategy, implementing/leading clinical activities, and introducing transparent case reporting. Initiating and coordinating Heart Recovery customer training programs to develop/expand the skills of doctors to drive the adoption of Impella in both active and new sites. Establishing new J&J MedTech Heart Recovery excellence centers in the assigned region. Patient Support: Continuously improving patient outcomes by implementing the latest clinical strategies from J&J Medtech Heart Recovery and supporting clinical staff in the cardiac catheterization lab, operating room, and intensive care unit. Conducting follow-up meetings with doctors. Building peer-to-peer networks across the region to share best practices. Plan regular visits to all facilities with active Impella programs to monitor activities and collect clinically relevant data. Support of Sales: Building close relationships with our sales staff in the assigned region. Conducting quarterly strategy meetings and after-action reviews to monitor progress and ensure continuous learning and improvement. Weekly communication with supervisors to coordinate and ensure that you meet the expectations of J&J MedTech Heart Recovery (operational plan and commitments related to clinical training and case reports). Your qualification portfolio and our requirements: 5+ years of professional experience in the medical technology industry or in a hospital. At least 3 years of experience working with electrophysiologists. Fluent in German and English, good moderation/presentation skills internally and externally. Ability to clearly, effectively, and regularly communicate ideas and information (verbally and in writing). Ability to independently assess methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to achieve results. Passion for training and education and striving for excellent training. Strong interpersonal and pedagogical skills. Business acumen and the ability to lead in a very dynamic environment. Independent; takes initiative; results-oriented; cooperative and diplomatic assertiveness. High flexibility and 80% travel readiness The expected base salary for this position is 58,200 EUR to 93,150 EUR.
