divh2Route Sales Representative/h2pRoute Sales Representatives are critical to our success at FritoLay! Our Route Sales Representatives are responsible for delivering, selling, and merchandising FritoLays complete line of products including Lays, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, Fritos, and many more to local stores including gas stations, dollar stores, and large grocery stores. As a Route Sales Representative, you drive a FritoLay truck to different stores, work independently to unload orders, merchandise product, and partner with store managers to increase sales, order, and maintain records throughout the day./ppTeam members often work weekends and holidays. Our jobs are physical! If you have never worked in this type of role before, you should understand that you will be on your feet for the entirety of your shift. Here are the minimum qualifications of this job:/pulliBe 21 years of age or older/liliHave a valid drivers license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law/liliBe able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation/li/ulpIn this role, here are some of the frequent tasks you will be doing:/pulliLearn the basics of the role in four to six weeks of dedicated driving and selling training with our amazing team members/liliRun routes for team members, experience different stores, and meet new customers/liliGrow sales on the route by building relationships, selling in displays, and completing national initiatives/liliAttain a route with set days off/schedule with time/liliWork in a fun, fast paced, and physical environment/li/ulpAs a full-time team member, you will be eligible to receive full company benefits.
