Leasing & Sales Excellence Greet, tour, and build rapport with prospective residents, effectively showcasing apartment features, amenities, and value Respond promptly to email, phone, and online inquiries using CRM tools Close the sale by overcoming objections, asking for the lease, and delivering a tailored customer experience Accurately process applications, leases, renewals, and required documents in compliance with Fair Housing and company policies Meet or exceed monthly leasing, conversion, and occupancy goals Customer Experience & Resident Retention Serve as a knowledgeable and friendly point of contact for residents and prospects Participate in resident retention efforts, including renewal offers, satisfaction calls, and feedback surveys Address concerns with empathy and urgency, partnering with site teams for resolution Plan and participate in resident events, outreach, and community engagement initiatives Marketing & Outreach Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current leasing specials, availability, and market comps Post and monitor ads across digital platforms Deliver outreach marketing to local employers, businesses, and schools Ensure all model units, amenities, and tour paths are impeccably maintained and staged daily Administrative Support Maintain accurate leasing files, guest cards, and daily traffic reports Follow up with all leads per company-defined cadence Support daily office functions including phones, scheduling tours, package handling, and documentation Assist with delinquency calls, inspections, renewals, and special projects as assigned Qualifications
