Job Description
Company seeks a highly motivated Service Sales Representative to sell service for elevators and escalators. JOB DUTIES Estimating, negotiating and selling service and maintenance contracts at required levels to obtain new units on maintenance agreements. Retain current maintenance agreements at required levels through good customer service and selling on factors other than price. Provide technical and support information to customer and deliver effective sales presentations. Provide basic elevator consultation to customers. Understand basic contract language terms based on the standard company agreement. Monitor collection of accounts. Follow and track standard processes in completing the above. Qualifications
High diploma required BA/BS in engineering or business degree preferred 5+ years of sales experience 1+ years in the elevator industry Possess excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues Candidate must have ability to sell on factors other than price A proven track record of sales success must be demonstrated Candidates must be self-motivated and a self-starter Additional Information
Compensation: $80,000 - $140,000 / year DOE
