Our global sales and service network provides our customers with a local resource for a wide variety of quality material handling equipment, fleet management solutions, warehouse products and support services to meet their needs anytime, anywhere./ph3Job Duties/h3ulliThis business-to-business sales position is responsible for the sale of contract maintenance programs for material handling equipment and catalog parts sales./liliPursue new business and develop key existing accounts in an assigned territory./liliAnalyze opportunities, identify key personnel, and develop strong business relationships via cold calls, presentations, and following up on leads for new business./liliDevelop sales strategies, proposals, and forecasts./liliDevelop and conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations./liliPrepare quotations, cost reports, performance reports and customer correspondence./liliDevelop a territory management plan to maximize time with customers in order to seek new business and enhance customer retention by monitoring customer satisfaction./liliUtilize online resources to maintain accurate records of sales calls, customer files, and sales activity information./liliDiscuss sales activities with management./li/ulh3Minimum Qualifications/h3ulliLess than 2 years related experience./liliHigh School diploma or equivalency./li/ulh3Preferred Qualifications/h3ulliGood communication, interpersonal, organizational, and computer skills./liliBachelors degree in business management, marketing, entrepreneurship, professional selling, or related business program, or several years of successful sales experience a plus./liliAbility and willingness to work outside normal business hours to prepare for sales activities./liliPossess several years of successful sales experience; business to business (B2B) experience; problem solving capabilities; strong sense of urgency, responsibility, and self-motivation; and the ability to work in a team environment./li/ulpWork Authorization: Crown will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
