Youre a critical point of contact for our sales department guests and a key player in creating a super purchasing experience. You will build an experience for our guests by offering tailored and genuine service to any customer who inquires online or in store./ppWere looking for a great listener with an outgoing, guest-service approach to daily responsibilities; someone who exhibits empathy and also enjoys competition. We encourage all candidates with previous dealership Sales success to take advantage of our free, industry leading sales training program./ppSchedule: Must be able to work weekends, opening, and closing shifts./ppWhat Youll Do:/pulliActively respond to sales inquiries to help ensure that the dealership actualizes its maximum profit potential/liliCommunicate effectively with sales guests through various methods of communication (both online or in-person)/liliProactively learn about all dealership products and services available/liliAssist guests in selecting a new/used vehicle/liliUnderstand and accommodate the needs of each guest to bring them in for proper vehicle demonstration and transaction/liliDrive yourself and the team to maintain a super work environment and get better every day/li/ulpWhat Youll Need:/pulliFull-time availability.
