Aggressive Masonry Inc., Holdingford, MN, needs two temporary (04/01/26
12/01/26) and full-time Truck Drivers to work at various jobsites in the following MN counties: Stearn, Morrison, Benton, Meeker, and Todd. Drive a tractor-trailer combination or a truck with a capacity of at least 26,001 pounds Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW). Perform pre-trip inspection of ready-mix truck pursuant to DOT regulations, including checking fluid levels of engine oil, antifreeze, tire pressure, brakes, and other driver-operated controls for loading and unloading ready-mix. Fill water tank before each delivery by placing rubber hose into the water tank and filling after checking that all valves are shut. Upon receiving the delivery ticket, pull or back the truck under plant and charge mixer to receive concrete, making sure to take any admixtures or other ancillary products that are on ticket. Select most direct route to job site to ensure timely delivery. Safely drive truck to jobsite and arrive with desired slump within customer or job specifications. Safely maneuver truck in unstable ground conditions, observing customer equipment and conditions. Pursuant to customer needs, place chutes from fender or hanging rack onto the main chute at the rear of truck for discharge. Upon completion of discharge, wash the chutes and put back in the appropriate location on truck. Complete any applicable paperwork and collect money if necessary. At end of each shift, wash truck with hose and brush, including use of acidic solution when necessary. Communicate with dispatch using two-way radio and truck status signaling system. Perform post-trip inspection of truck pursuant to DOT regulations. Other duties as assigned by supervisor/management. Must have 3-months experience. No education requirements. Must be able to obtain a class A CDL within 30 days of hire. Must be able to pass Department of Transportation drug screen and physical. Must be able to lift at least 50lbs. OJT provided. $29.91 per hour, overtime wage rate of $44.87, overtime including weekend work may be available but is not guaranteed, general schedule of 40 hours per week, 6am-4pm, Mon-Fri. Applicants may be offered higher than the advertised wage rate due to experience or merit. The employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. Workers will be paid on a bi-weekly basis. The employer will make all deductions from workers' paychecks that are required by law. If employer-arranged housing is utilized, the worker will be deducted an amount that does not exceed reasonable fair market value costs based on the number of occupants but is yet to be determined. If relocating for the position, the cost of transportation and subsistence to the place of employment will be reimbursed, if half of the employment period is completed. This reimbursement will be calculated by the exact cost of the transportation expenses by airplane or bus fare, as well as subsistence expenses calculated at the minimum amount of $16.28 per 24-hour period of travel and the maximum amount of $68.00 per day. Return transportation and subsistence will be provided if the employment period is completed, or if dismissed early. The employer will provide daily transportation to and from the jobsite. The employer will reimburse the H-2B worker in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees that are to the benefit of the employer. All tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job will be provided to workers at no charge. The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period.
