Part-Time? As a part of the Sales Team, the Sales Merchandiser is responsible for merchandising of products on designated routes in a continuous effort to provide superior customer service and maintain strong customer relationships. The Sales Merchandiser maintains product availability and stocks and merchandises products at all designated accounts, including ensuring that all beverage sections, racks, displays and vendors are completely filled according to Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country standards./ppEssential Duties and Responsibilities/pulliSafely transport product between backroom and display floor./liliFill, merchandise, and rotate product on displays and shelves according to CCBCHC standards./liliOn-time arrival at all customer locations to perform merchandising duties./liliOperate manual and powered handling equipment (i.e., pallet jack, hand-truck etc.)/liliMaintain and organize CCBCHC stock as needed./liliEnsure neat appearance of all CCBCHC equipment and product in assigned accounts./liliMaintain clean and organized back-room and manage trade breakage./liliMaintain CCBCHC quality assurance standards at every account./liliMonitor competitor products, sales and marketing activities./liliTransport, replace and maintain Point of Sale advertising as appropriate for account./liliFoster relationship with account personnel and provide superior customer service to all accounts serviced./liliPerform required vehicle checks according to CCBCHC standards./liliMaintain a safe working environment./liliMaintain professional, team relationships with co-workers and customers./liliConform with, abide by, and re-enforce all regulations, policies, work procedures, and processes./liliOn-time follow through on commitments made to customers and co-workers./liliAccurately track and report mileage in accordance with CCBCHC standards and IRS regulations./liliMaintain areas of responsibility in designated accounts by communicating status and concerns to management./li/ulpJob Knowledge, Skills and Abilities/pulliAbility to operate a two or four wheeled hand-truck./liliAbility to operate all types of industrial power trucks./liliValid drivers license and a motor vehicle driving history that meets CCBCHC guidelines./liliAbility to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment./liliExcellent customer service skills./liliAdaptability
