We are looking for a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Retail Operations role. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities
Manage daily store operations to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance. Supervise and train staff to maintain high standards of customer service and operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures. Handle inventory management and ensure stock levels are adequate to meet customer demand. Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly. Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you should have: Previous experience in retail operations or a similar role. Strong leadership and communication skills.
