Lead Qualification Specialist
We are seeking high-energy, driven individuals to join a national company in Tampa for a fast-paced appointment setting role. This is a performance-based position where your compensation is directly tied to your success. You will be making warm outbound calls in response to requests for information, gathering essential data, and qualifying potential customers before transferring them to a licensed insurance agent. This role offers a stable hourly wage plus an aggressive bonus and commission structure, making it ideal for those who are motivated by financial rewards and personal achievement. Duties and Responsibilities:
The Lead Qualification Specialist is responsible for high-volume outreach and seamless lead transitions. Lead Engagement: Connect with potential customers through outbound calls in response to warm leads and information requests. Information Gathering: Conduct initial interviews to gather and verify essential information required for insurance eligibility. Seamless Transfers: Effectively build rapport and transfer qualified leads to licensed insurance agents to finalize sales. Performance Targets: Consistently meet and exceed daily and weekly outbound call volume and lead qualification goals. Documentation: Accurately update customer records and call status in the company database. Experience and Qualifications:

Experience: A proven track record in appointment setting, telemarketing, or a high-volume call center environment. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and the ability to build quick connections with people over the phone. Commute: Must be able to reliably commute to the Tampa, FL office for on-site work. Compensation and Benefits:
