Integral dx has become adept at providing OEM products tailored to the specific needs of its clients. The Integral dx Parts Sales Specialist's primary responsibilities are to field customer calls, emails, assisting in parts selection process and cradle to grave order fulfillment. Providing product support knowledge to ensure accurate parts are selected, quoted, sold, packaged and shipped to the customer with correct paperwork. Liaison for intercompany transfers within the RITALKA Organizations. Regular communication with supply chain to ensure accurate stocking levels and lead time generation. Timely communication to internal and external customers. What does the Parts Sales Specialist do at Integral dx? Taking phone calls to support parts sales Creating sales orders and processing shipments Setting up new customer profiles Requisitions transportation quotes from carriers Contacts carrier representative to make arrangements and to issue instructions for loading and unloading products Coordinates shipping Ability to understand and willingness to follow existing QC processes MRP and documentation processing Processing product returns Data analysis Parts promotion marketing efforts What are we looking for in a quality Parts Sales Specialist? High school degree or GED Computer skills and experience in Microsoft Suite Ability to read and understand written information Identify problems and review information Ability to read or learn to read electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics Ability to read exploded parts drawings and bills of material Ability to communicate technical status with engineering and management Ability to travel between company locations Use math skills to solve problems Integral dx is an OEM equipment and attachments producer that includes machinery in construction, agriculture, and mining industries.
