Plastics is searching for a results-oriented Territory Sales Manager to drive sales in the water and sewer PVC markets. This is a home-based position and reporting to the Regional Sales Manager. In this critical role you will service and grow our sales with new and existing PVC pipe customers. You will partner with engineers, architects and the NPP Business Development team to increase demand and specifications for our engineered PVC products. In this fast-paced, growing organization those that are highly motivated and driven by results will have the opportunity to succeed and advance./ppThis role is fully remote supporting Colfax, NC and Endicott, NY manufacturing facilities./ppPartner with PVC pipe manufacturers and the NPP Sales

Business Development team to increase demand and specifications for our engineered PVC products./pp360 partner with demonstrated history of building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal associates./ppHigh-performance sales experience in the construction industry./ppDeliver solutions for our customers through consultive selling and leveraging the broader capabilities of CRH./ppExcellent communicator with the ability to coach and educate customers, dealers, or inside sales team on products./ppInnovative spirit to work cross-functionally in developing organizational growth concepts and ideas./ppBusiness or Engineering degree preferred./ppExperience with CRM and Business Intelligence Software (i.e. Salesforce, Tableau, etc)./ppWillingness to travel across multi-state region (50-75%)./ppAmicable, strategic, creative, confident, organized, and analytical./ppBase salary - $100,000 to 120,000/year plus annual target bonus./ppHighly competitive base pay./ppComprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programs./ppGroup retirement savings program./ppHealth and wellness programs./ppAn inclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotion./ppCRH has a long and proud heritage.
