CROSSMARK is currently seeking Product Event Demonstrators to join our team on a direct basis in your area. Summary: A Product Events Demonstrator is responsible for completing in-store food and non-food demonstrations, acquires and maintains knowledge of the products represented, serves, demonstrates, engages with consumers and sells products in a professional manner. CROSSMARK team members maintain an overall professional appearance consistent with the requirements of the job. This role is not expected to exceed more than 25 hours per week, although the CROSSMARK does maintain the discretion to change the role based on the needs of the business and/or the client./ppResponsibilities:/pulliThe Product Events Demonstrator possesses the aptitude and ability to gain adequate knowledge of the products represented./liliHas desire and ability to proactively intercept, engage, interact, and sell product to the retail consumer in a positive manner./liliCan effectively communicate the features and benefits of the products in retail environments./liliAbility to prepare and serve food samples using small appliances such as microwaves, fryers, skillets, coffee makers and knives./liliCan maintain a clean, sterile and safe work station using cleaning chemicals./liliThe Product Events Demonstrator maintains a professional appearance consistent with the requirements of the job./liliProperly sets up and prepares Event Table for execution./liliAchieves 100% execution on assigned work./liliThe Product Events Demonstrator assists with preparation for client visits and completes audit corrections./liliBuilds and maintains rapport with retail store personnel to effectively meet company and client objectives./liliCompletes expense reports as per Company Policy./liliPrepares and submits all on-line requirements on the same day as Event execution./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3p High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. br

Proficient use of a Personal Computer and familiarity with Word, Excel, and Outlook. br

Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred. br Physical Demands:/pulliStand up to 4 hours at a time/liliWalk, Stoop, Kneel, Crouch and Climb (including use of a 6 ladder)/liliUse hands and fingers to handle or feel/liliReach with hands and arms (including reaching overhead)/liliVisual ability to read instructions and perform events/liliBalance Lift and carry up to 25 pounds (including occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds)/liliPush and pull a wheeled demonstration cart weighing up to 300 pounds fully laden with appliances, supplies and product/li/ulh3Additional Information/h3pstrongWhy is this position for you?/strong/pulliPermanent Part time (Looking for supplemental income?
