Our global sales and service network provides our customers with a local resource for a wide variety of quality material handling equipment, fleet management solutions, warehouse products and support services to meet their needs anytime, anywhere./ph3Job Duties/h3pResponsible for maximizing the sale of lift trucks, Crown Insite products, and warehouse products within a specified territory to meet sales objectives./ppDevelop existing accounts and seek new business./ppAnalyze opportunities, identify key personnel, and develop strong business relationships./ppConsult and problem solve to enhance the Companys position in existing and target accounts./ppDevelop a territory management plan to maximize time with customers./ppDevelop sales strategies, proposals, and forecasts./ppDevelop and conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations./ppUtilize online resources to maintain accurate records of sales calls, customer files, and sales activity information./ppParticipate in initial and ongoing training programs both locally and at the New Bremen, Ohio corporate headquarters./ph3Minimum Qualifications/h3pLess than 2 years related experience/ppHigh school diploma or equivalent./ppValid drivers license, good driving record, and the ability to safely operate lift trucks for product demos./ph3Preferred Qualifications/h3pBachelor degree in business management, marketing, entrepreneurship, professional selling, or related business program, or several years of successful sales experience a plus./ppKnowledge of the entire sales process./ppStrong communication, organizational, and time management skills./ppStrong problem-solving capabilities, strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation, and ability to work in a team environment./ppIntermittent computer skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites./ppAbility and willingness to work outside normal business hours to prepare for sales activities./ppAbility to work in a team environment./ppWork Authorization: Crown will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
