The Swamper I
The Swamper I is an entry-level position with no CDL or prior oilfield experience required. Swampers work directly under a Driver or Supervisor to learn tools, PPE use, and basic safety practices while assisting with day-to-day field operations. This is a demanding role that requires the ability to work long hours in all conditions. Responsibilities: Assist drivers and supervisors with field tasks and daily operations Learn and properly use tools and PPE (personal protective equipment) Follow and support basic safety practices on job sites Perform general labor tasks such as staging tools, loading/unloading, and keeping work areas clean Follow instructions carefully and maintain a safety-first mindset Requirements: Age 18+ Valid drivers license Must pass a pre-employment drug test Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions Must be able to work long hours, including evenings and weekends Reliable, safety-minded, and willing to learn No CDL or oilfield experience required (training provided) Schedule and Pay: Variable hours based on workload and project needs.
