We're Hiring: Leasing Agent
We're looking for an energetic and motivated Leasing Agent
to join our property management team! If you enjoy working with people, have strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
As our Leasing Agent, you'll be the face of the property - helping prospective residents find their next home, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth day-to-day leasing operations.
What You'll Do:
Greet and assist prospective residents with tours, inquiries, and leasing information Build positive relationships with residents and provide top-notch customer service Process rental applications, lease agreements, and renewals Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and lease documents Market available units through online listings, social media, and community outreach Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and unit inspections Work closely with property management to meet occupancy and leasing goals Ensure the property always looks its best for showings and residents
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred) Prior leasing, sales, or customer service experience (preferred but not required) Excellent communication and people skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Yardi, AppFolio, or similar software a plus) Ability to work some weekends if needed
