luxury brands, red carpet service mindset/li/ulh3Responsibilities/h3pResponsibilities include:/pulliCultivate genuine, experience-focused connections with members and guests/liliCalls! Make 75 Discovery calls per day on-duty, either in-studio or remotely/liliDeliver exceptional sales and service experience to all members and guests/liliKnow how to close a membership sale and confidently demonstrate the value of joining/liliAssist in planning and promoting entertaining and productive events through community outreach and business partnerships/liliEnsuring studio is always show-ready and SPENGA clean/liliAttend at least 1 SPENGA social event per quarter/liliAttend monthly team meetings evenings 8pm for one hour MANDATORY/liliAs a SPENGA ambassador, managers will promote, sell and add to the SPENGA culture in and out of the studio/liliMaintain a clean studio and sanitary studio at all times, cleaning every day/liliHelp retain and increase client participation, to include:/liulliSocial Media: Posting IG reels, stories

BE FUN and CREATIVE! Post minimum 1 reel per month in addition to stories. Dont stress over perfection!
