While the primary responsibility of a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate is to deliver excellent customer service and build wardrobes; sales associates will also participate in visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation, while focusing on the customers needs to achieve sales goals./ph3What Youll Get in Return/h3p A flexible work schedule

Maintain maurices visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer
Product Flow/Shipping and Receiving: support the shipment process to gain awareness of product, whats new and whats already on the floor; contribute to the completion of omni order fulfilment processes including in-store and curbside pick-up/ph3Position Requirements/h3p At least 16 years of age
A willingness to relate to customers of all ages and backgrounds
Goal/Achievement oriented
Some technical aptitude
Ability to follow directions and work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment, while working through competing priorities
