Wireless Zone, a Verizon Authorized Retailer, is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Wireless Sales Consultants in Northville, MI. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their wireless needs, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting Verizon products and services. Key Responsibilities
Engage customers to understand their wireless needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Educate customers on Verizon products and services, including devices, plans, and accessories. Demonstrate wireless devices and explain their features and benefits. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Meet or exceed sales goals through selling techniques, upselling, and cross-selling. Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting and resolving customer issues. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous retail sales experience preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Enthusiasm for technology and wireless products. Benefits
