The Fulfillment Lead will be responsible for overseeing and participating in the shipping, receiving, and storing of products. The Fulfillment Lead serves as a lead over one or more assigned warehouse functions and is responsible for providing work direction through training and guidance to assigned staff. Responsibilities:
Determines work priorities prepare work schedules and expedite workflow. Assign tasks to warehouse personnel including inbound unloading/put away, outbound pulling/staging and loading, sanitation, product moves, etc. Operate forklift safely, following all quality procedures, and with regard to pedestrians and other lifts, in open and tight areas. Provide backup to Operations leadership Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship) Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store) Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization Manage and understand KPIs for the selected area Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers Operate a variety of warehouse equipment and vehicles; utilize a variety of hand tools as required; communicate with the supervisor or other lead personnel to arrange for the maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment as needed Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations Work closely with customer service team as required 2-3+ years' experience within a 3PL or fulfillment environment Good organizational and time management skills Ability to work overtime and weekend as needed Forklift Experience (standup lift/counterbalance lift, cherry picker/order picker) High school diploma Bilingual (Spanish) preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
