This role is crucial in driving revenue growth by engaging with potential students, promoting our products, and closing sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. Reporting to the Studio Manager, you will work with the Studio Team to generate new memberships, upsell services, and maintain excellent student relationships. You will represent the studios values and be the first point of contact for potential and current students, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and enthusiasm./ppSales Reps are eligible for part-time or full-time hourly work, on-shift in our stores for a minimum of 15 hours/week. All Studio Sales team members are eligible for monthly sales commission./ppThe interview process will include video submission outlining details around your experience and highlighting your personality; we cant wait to meet you!/ppstrongThe Role/strong/pulliAchieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through proactive selling strategies and relationship management./liliEngage Students: Actively seek out and engage potential students and customers via in-person interactions./liliPromote Products: Present and promote our products/services effectively to meet student needs and drive sales./liliBuild Relationships: Establish and maintain positive business relationships with students to ensure repeat business and referrals./liliProvide Solutions: Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their requirements, enhancing customer satisfaction./liliStudio Operations and Brand Management Responsibilities: Execute studio procedures for opening, closing, and retail operations while maintaining brand standards in ambiance, merchandising, and cleanliness across all areas. Collaborate with the team to perform routine equipment maintenance, studio deep cleans, manage retail and supply inventory, and enhance overall efficiency and student satisfaction./li/ulpstrongRequirements/strong/pulliMinimum 1 year of experience working in retail and driving sales/liliDemonstrated history of consistently achieving monthly sales goals/liliPrior experience in a boutique fitness studio preferred/liliAbility to manage customer expectations and proven experience in customer experience/liliCompany Ambassadorship: promotes the company through own actions and relationship/liliAdaptability and Resilience: willing and able to be flexible and pivot based on prioritization of student and/or business needs/liliGrit and Problem Solving: ability to persevere toward a goal despite being confronted by obstacles and distractions/liliSchedule Requirements: Candidates must have a minimum of 15 hours/availability per week in general. Available for early mornings (6am), late night (9:30pm), weekends and holidays. Your schedule is determined by your Studio Manager and is subject to change based on business needs.
