Company: IE Health Hours: Part Time or Full Time Program: WEX Business Services Rep: Paul Yu Number of Positions: 1 Job Summary: The Sales Associate is responsible for converting inbound leads and outbound prospects into paying clients for I.E. Health's training and coaching services. This role is client-facing and relationship-driven, focused on understanding client needs and matching them with the appropriate training solution. This individual represents the I.E. Health brand and plays a key role in revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Respond to inbound leads (website, social, referrals, campaigns) Conduct initial consultations (phone, video, or in-person) Educate prospects on I.E. Health services and offerings Close sales for: In-person training Online coaching Programs and challenges Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-ups Hit weekly and monthly outreach and conversion targets Collaborate with coaches to ensure smooth client onboarding Uphold brand standards and customer experience expectations Required Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfort discussing health, fitness, and lifestyle goals Sales or customer-facing experience preferred Self-motivated and results-driven Ability to follow scripts while personalizing conversations Preferred Qualifications: Experience in fitness, wellness, or coaching environments Familiarity with CRM systems - GoHighLevel/Twilio Understanding of Trainerize or similar platforms (a plus) Commission Structure: 510% commission on closed sales Commission paid on: First month of training Program sales Example: $300/month client ? $15$30 commission $1,000 package ? $50$100 commission
